1. Micromanipulator system for medical application, please read my paper:
Computer Controlled Piezo Micromanipulation System for Biomedical Applications
Computer controlled piezo actuated micromanipulation system. Its stroke is 80 micrometer.
The system is mainly used for assisting doctor to treat cell under microscope. Different motion models including two vibration models are preset according to the requirements of the operator.
2. Linear motor and precision motion control
Micro-positioning of linear-piezoelectric motors based on a learning non-linear PID controller
The linear motor is driven by piezo elements based on ultrasonic elliptical motion principle. To reach high precision tracking control (+/-1mm), a new nonlinear learning control method and profile error compensation technology are used.
Precision 3D machine driven by linear motor based on dSPACE control system.
Using ultra precision laser interferometer ( nanometre scale) to measure the movement and then compensate the motion errors.

4. Double axis tracking system
The system is used for manufacturing non circular parts, such as engine pistons with high precision and low cost.
